MAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT
Hospitals and care facilities rely on being operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our teams across the south respond to urgent repairs in and out of normal working hours to ensure continuity of service for care providers. Through planned and preventative maintenance Mountjoy can ensure that all boilers have been serviced, electrical installations are tested, water is safe and clean and that all equipment is effective.

CONSTRUCTION AND REFURBISHMENT
Despite fears of noise, mess and disruption, construction is often necessary to improve healthcare facilities. Through our experience carrying out refurbishment projects to hospitals, doctor’s surgeries and hospices we have methods to reduce noise and dust through sealed segregation, tented extraction, dustbags on power tools, using sound baffles and silencers and restricting noisy working times. When planning our projects we always prepare traffic management plans and carefully consider where to base our site area without restricting parking for staff and visitors. Delivery times are coordinated with the hospital and safely managed.
