PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

By managing our clients’ asset register we are prepared for all the maintenance their buildings require. We are familiar with carrying out planned preventative maintenance for a range of buildings including schools, universities, retail outlets and leisure centres, working with supply chain partners we are able to cover the full scope of building services engineering and maintenance required legislation and guidelines such as SfG20. We have been based on site with clients where desired allowing for a quick response service.

PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

REACTIVE MAINTENANCE

As part of our facilities management service we carry out reactive maintenance. Our operations centre dispatches our skilled tradesmen to meet assigned priority targets for building fabric and installation repairs. Our DBS-checked tradesmen arrive to repairs in full branded uniform presenting their ID badge for security purposes. Our aim is to carry out repairs on time, first time so that facilities can keep on running smoothly for their customers.
