Steve Cleugh & Lee Harding
Steve and Lee were nominated by a client for going above and beyond for a member of the public. They had just arrived on site on a very hot summer day when they were approached by a lady who had accidentally locked her car with both her baby and keys still inside. Steve and Lee were able to quickly prise open the car and prevent the situation from becoming much worse.
October 2020 - Runners Up
Lloyd Ingram
Lloyd was nominated for the support he provided to a colleague following an injury they received whilst working on the contract. Lloyd showed great compassion by keeping regular contact throughout appointments, offering lifts home outside of working hours and continuing to make sure they were okay.
Jamie Vokes
Jamie was nominated for assisting a tenant locked in her flat. Jamie had been attending a void property when he heard calls for help from a neighbour - he acted immediately by gaining entry and ensuring the tenant was safe. He then called the housing office and requested a new door be fitted as this one had been kicked in the night before.
Marley Jenkins
Marley was nominated for exceeding expectations during a period of management absence. He really stepped up and showed his commitment and to overseeing the office, earning him the praise of multiple colleagues.
Alex Weedon
Alex was nominated for quickly learning the new way of working within his department to the extent he now provides training to others. His feedback and input have provided colleagues with excellent example scripts to read and follow.
