We're running a little behind in nominations due to Covid-19, but with services slowly returning to normal there is ample opportunity for our staff to continue doing the right thing. Here are the winners from the March - May voting period:
May 2020 - Integrity Built-In Winner
Stacey Smith
Stacey was recognised for going above and beyond in helping a tenant with two young children who, due to an issue with another supplier, had been left without electricity for 2 days. Stacey quickly prioritised the repair even though it was not our responsibility to do so - in the interest of doing the right thing - and even supplied £20 of her own money to buy the children food whilst the repair was underway.
May 2020 - Runners Up
Mike Morgan, Bob East, Steve Daker and Kelly Houghton
This team were nominated for showing professionalism and commitment to the contract team and client at the outset of the Covid-19 pandemic. An incident involving a potentially infected colleague had occurred; the was handled calmly with the team stepping up to support at an understandably stressful time.
Jacob Sievwright
Jacob received three nominations for his continued commitment to our company ethos "enhancing people's lives in the community." Numerous examples of this were given including his regular attendance at careers fairs and working during his lunch hour to help out his colleagues.
Bob East
Bob was nominated after receiving four separate compliments from the client, proving that he is consistently doing the right thing even when no-one is looking. He has also been recognised for always being helpful and willing to help his colleagues.
Alice Coffey
Alice received a glowing nomination for being polite, professional and friendly. Specifically, during the intervention improvement project, she never expressed any negativity despite the increased pressure on the team.
