Mountjoy has been selected by the University of Portsmouth to provide building maintenance services and minor works for up to five years.
The contract will involve the planned inspection of buildings, reactive repairs and minor project works across a wide range of trades – all enabled by Mountjoy’s bespoke helpdesk and IT solution. The service will cover over one hundred University buildings including academic facilities, offices, libraries, student venues and halls of residence.
