The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting is one of several organisations which regulates the training and work of electrical enterprises in the UK. Mountjoy has been part of the NICEIC’s Approved Contractor Scheme and as a Domestic Installer since 2001.
“Maintaining the NICEIC accreditation is extremely important to our business” said Tanya Roxborough, Mountjoy Maintenance Director, which is why we are extremely pleased to have successfully passed our audit for another year with good results.
The audit recognised the good systems and electrical team that Mountjoy has in place across its offices. This “positive outcome recognises the continued hard work and professionalism” of our electrical team.
Mountjoy employs 23 electricians across the Portsmouth and Isle of Wight offices including 2 apprentices. The electrical team are responsible for installation, testing and repairs across domestic properties, care homes and Council properties including schools and public buildings.
