Mountjoy wins refurbishment contract with Student Cribs

Mountjoy has secured a contract with leading student housing provider - Student Cribs -  to refurbish 32 houses in central Portsmouth to provide high-quality student accommodation ready for the new term in September.

Works in each building will bring the properties up to the Student Cribs standard – and will include upgrades to the kitchens and bathrooms, gas and electrical safety checks, provision of new furniture and equipment as well as extensive re-decorations.   With our established team and local supply chain Mountjoy were able to mobilise rapidly.  Work is already underway and due to finish by the end of August.

Student Cribs provide student housing and student letting services in major cities and towns across the UK including Nottingham, Exeter, Manchester, Leeds, Durham, Loughborough, Liverpool, Bristol and London, Cardiff and Portsmouth.

Mountjoy has significant experience in the student accommodation sector –  providing maintenance and refurbishment services for a number of universities across the South of England.
