March 2020 - Integrity Built-In Winner
Brendan Judge
Brendan was recognised for attending a job late on New Year's Eve; approximately 15 bags of asbestos rubble had been left on a public footpath. Brendan was due to finish early that day but in knowing it was a hazard to the public, he took action by going to the location and clearing it all.
March 2020 - Runners Up
Sean Sillery, Ron Burroughs and Lloyd Ingram
This team were nominated twice for attending a complex leak at a residential block, in which a whole new set of pipework needed to be re-routed. They worked tirelessly until after 9pm to ensure the tenants were not adversely impacted.
Joe Noakes
Joe was nominated for assisting an elderly tenant who had been locked out of their property - who also happened to be one of Joe's neighbours. He asked another neighbour to take the elderly tenant in whilst he raised a job with the office, then continued to check in with the distressed tenant.
Brian Rex
Brian was nominated for attending a job where a young girl had been locked in a bedroom for over an hour. He managed to calm both her and the tenant down before freeing the girl. The girl was then subsequently hit by a car on the way to school and received immediate assistance from Brian.
Kevin Patten
Kevin was nominated for making an impactful difference to his team and contract over the past few years, seeing improvements across processes, H&S, compliance, resilience, quality of work and client satisfaction.
