The Objective
Design and construction of two new 2-bed houses with front access and parking for Waverley Borough Council.
The Solution
The works comprised of the removal of the existing concrete hardstandings and the construction of the houses complete with landscaping.
Two parking spaces were built for each house, along with 10m gardens to the rear.
The houses were fitted out internally with a new kitchen and bathroom and all the necessary fixtures and fittings such as uPVC windows, mechanical and electrical installations and fully decorated to make the properties ready for residents.
A local school class from Park Mead Primary was invited to visit the site as it neared completion.
