The team is supplemented by trusted subcontractors who will aid us throughout the contract.
Works involved in the contract include:
- Responsive Maintenance (including emergency works ordered during normal working hours)
- Out of hours emergency works
- Major works
- Gas appliance servicing and maintenance

Of the 64 council properties, 61 are Temporary Housing bedsits and flats. Where properties are occupied during the works, Mountjoy ensure to plan works effectively to ensure the safety of all residents, and high levels of customer satisfaction. Client communication is key to this contract, with many appointments for repair work to properties being made directly through the council.
